I really need to clock in more sleep. I've been surviving on 5 hours of sleep since last week. Disadvantages of lack of sleep that I experienced:
- hard to focus
- extremely tired after lunch
- no mood to do work because I was sleepy the whole day
- bloated
- slower metabolism
- headache
