Food that I dont like is beetroot.
I don't know if it's a food ingredient or a fruit.
What I know is it is a healthy thing that contains vitamin A, B, C, fiber and essential mineral. It's good for your bones, liver, kidney and pancreas.
People usually use it in a juice, in a food or just eat it like that.

First time I try beetroot was as a juice. After knowing that it is good for your health, I really want to try it. I mix it with other fruits as well like oranges and apples. The taste of it like a taste of tanah (I never eat tanah but I believe it taste like beetroot).
Not only the taste that unpleasant, after drinking the juice, my pee became red. I thought I was having a really serious disease. After that I don't want to eat beetroot anymore.

And my mom's food that I like is everything.
Everything cooked by my mom is the best, even when she only cook scrambled egg or fried rice or a simple fried chicken. These are food that my mom usually cook:

  • Fried chicken
  • Fried rice
  • Fried pork belly
  • Babi merah 
  • Ayam arak
  • Braised pork leg
  • Sambel ati
  • Bebek
  • Steamed fish
  • Fried fish
  • Bakwan
  • Sambel plus lalapan
  • Pork stomach 

I can go on making the list but it makes me hungry. This whole thing about food theme makes me hungry. Thank God this is the last theme about food.
