Food I Want to Learn

"You are what you eat"

When you are living in a small town like me, most of the time you will be drooling over food on Internet. Either in Instagram or Facebook, your friends will actively post what their were eating to inform all his/her friends. And you can't do nothing about it because those foods are not sold in your town. Besides the food sold in my hometown are not really healthy. So, when I remember the word "you are what you eat", it motivates me to learn a little bit cooking but most of the time it doesn't taste good.

I have listed the food I really want to learn if I have the time and ingredients.

1. Pork chop and mashed potato
I have tried this before with the recipe from Gordon Ramsay. I have searched and sorted through his recipes on Youtube and found the ingredients are available at my refrigerator, well except for the basil and rosemary. However, without those spices, it still taste amazing.

2. Crispy Salmon
Also tried this, but failed because I put it on low heat, so the skin is not crispy.

3. Marinated Chicken BBQ
Tried this during New Year. Because the chicken is too thick so the marinade didn't really absorbed and the chicken is burnt outside and raw inside. Muahahahahahaha.. Should have chopped it into smaller pieces.

4. Delicious various creamy soup
One of my friends is a chef and posted the pictures of different kind of soup on Facebook, like carrot soup, mushroom soup, green bean soup or potato soup. It looks really delicious and healthy. I haven't tried this.

AND THE UTMOST IMPORTANT FOOD I REALLY WANT TO LEARN IS........

5. YAKITATE JA-PAN #44
A bread that literally has a taste to die for made by Azuma. Person who eat it will die on the spot and went to heaven for a short period of time. (Watch Yakitate Japan Ep. 21) Imagine if I could made this bread, I definitely will be the richest man on earth, the world will be at peace, and 'heaven on earth' will be achieved. Too bad the movie didn't teach you how it was made.
