Lost Weight

My resolution for this year was to put on some weight up to 70 Kg from initial 64 Kg. During the mid-year my highest record was 68 Kg and it seemed that all that weight was on my belly. The other part of body looked the same. So, I decided to play basketball to burn that fat on my belly. The downside was of course I lost 3 Kg from that belly fat.

And throughout the year, I am at stable 65 Kg no more or less even though I play basketball almost everyday. But recently, since my mom is hospitalised and my brother is taking care of her at Singkawang, I have a little trouble with my work and house chorus. I have to wake up at 6 in the morning to groceries shopping (I usually wake up at 7), cooks, watering the flowers, taking care of my work until I could have breakfast at 9.30 or 10. Thankfully that sometimes I got someone come to do my house chorus like feeding the chicken (yes, my mom got some chickens at the backyard), feeding the dog, cleaning, and cooking. If not, I will definitely worn out before noon. Not to mention there was some problems of the business, which is too complex to explain it here.


The result of it is that I lost 1 Kg on second day. Yay...

PS. I have 2 days to gain 6 Kg to meet my initial resolutions 70 Kg.
