DIE.......T
For those who don't already know, I am currently on diet, but not a strict one like starving myself kind of diet. I switch breakfast with protein shake, fruits and cake or snack for lunch (diet still eat this kind of things no wonder the progress so slow), and dinner like usual, sometimes even go buffet. I totally stay away from sweet drinks tho *goodjobratnagoodjob*
It has been two months and so far I lost 4 kg. It is getting hard to lose more because the temptation is getting stronger and the will is getting weaker as day goes by.
I miss coffee and gorengan (cireng, tempe, risol, bakwan, pisang goreng) for breakfast. I miss bubur abang abang. I miss KFC (2 chickens, rice, mushroom soup, and coke). I miss instan noodle with egg and bakso (samyang, shin yun, cheese ramen, indomie, mama tomyam). I miss nasi padang. I miss Chatime and Koi and teh botol. And I miss you the most *konsisten* *galauislife*
